She holds degrees from Catholic University Andres Bello and IESA, and actively volunteers with organizations such as No More Tears and Ronald McDonald House. Recognized for her achievements, she has appeared on Despierta America and shares her journey of wellness and authenticity through social media, all while enjoying marathons and family time.

Margueritte Ramos is the founder of ShadeFLA, a leader in innovative shade solutions for diverse markets, including commercial, hospitality, residential, and governmental sectors. With over two decades in the industry, she has transformed outdoor spaces into comfortable and stylish environments. Co-founding ShadeFLA with her husband in 2005, Margueritte navigated challenges such as the real estate downturn to drive significant growth. Her professional development through programs like Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business and the LBAN Scaling Course at Stanford Business School has enriched her skills and network, and she now serves on the Prospera USA board to support and mentor other entrepreneurs.
